Shipping

Here at AKO we will endeavour to have your special items carefully  packaged and sent to you as soon as possible.

Please allow 2 - 3 working days within New Zealand to receive your parcels and 5 - 15 working days for Australia.

Shipping rate will be added at checkout. Please see the costs below. We have tried to maintain shipping rates and keep them at a minimum. Please know, the prices listed below are the prices supplied by NZ 

 Note: We are shipping throughout New Zealand and Australia only. If you would like to make a purchase and live outside of these countries please contact us at info@akonz.co.nz

Returns

We check each piece before packaging to ensure that it is in excellent condition for you. Please note that if you are unhappy with your order contact us immediately at info@akonz.co.nz so that we can come up with a solution together.

If you wish to return your item/s make sure they are in the condition that you have received them, unused and undamaged. This process of return must be within 7 days of making your order.

You will need to arrange for the product to be returned to us here at AKO. All details will be specified through email. Please ensure you use tracked shipping to avoid products being lost. We will either replace the product (must be same value) provide a store credit or refund you.
